The School of Agricultural Sciences was established in 2010 and is currently offering seven (7) four-year undergraduate degree programmes.

SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The School has plans to:

Develop and launch Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree programmes in Community Nutrition and Home-Economics in conjunction with the School of Education.
Postgraduate programmes in Economics/Agribusiness, Animal Science and Plant Science.

The major goal of the School of Agricultural Sciences is to prepare its graduates to meet the challenges faced in the Agricultural Sector.

The main aim is to contribute to the realizing of the full potential of Agriculture in Zambia. Graduates of the School are in high demand from both public and private Institutions which includes: Government ministries, international organizations, Research and Developments, NGOs, CBOs etc.
